CardioFIT
The big daddy of the high intensity cardio classes. It's a 45 min assault that will leave you in a pool of sweat, flooded with endorphins and ready to take on the world. With high working sets and short rests, this class forces the mind to switch off from life and mindfully focus on the task at hand. Reduces cortisol and promotes the regulation of the fight or flight response, this class is the ultimate stress release and management tool.
Strong and Stable
A class the focuses on improving balance, co-ordination and mobility in shoulders, back, hips, knees and ankles. Dynamic workouts that focus on strengthening, stabilising and mobilising, resulting in a more resilient and functional body. Making life outside the gym easier and less painful.
Strength and Conditioning
(SnC)
If you goal is to increase lean mass, burn body fat, improve strength and feel better naked, than this class is your jam. A fusion of strength, cardio, core and balance.....experience that full body burn that lets you know you're alive.
Barbell
These are your technique focused classes. Isolating body parts into chest, back, shoulders and legs, it gives you an opportunity to take things back to basics and build a stronger foundation from the ground up. An ideal class for beginners but also caters to experienced lifters wanting to be stronger.
Take the fear out of heavy lifting, increase bone mineral density, stabilise hormones, increase lean mass that burns calories even when you're resting and reduces risk of injuries. A strong body encourages a strong mind
StrongFIT
Adopting it's principals from Strongman training, this class is all about lifting heavy things and moving them around. Our most functional class for the world outside. Making tasks like carrying groceries, moving furniture, lifting things overhead and just general day to day activities effortless. Be your most primal self

Strong and Steady like Eddie Hall (or for the purist lifters, Ed Coan) , this class is for those who want to practice and implement compound, strength based and conditioning movements derived from strongman and powerlifting into their training or even every day life. But don’t worry, there will still be something for everyone because we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn how to be as strong as they can be.

Turn your flabs to abs and get some high horse power in that thrust. This class targets those stubborn areas and turns them from foe into at least a close friend or acquaintance. Thick thighs save lives
TABATA Pump
Step back in time with this retro style TABATA pump class. A combination of intervals from cardio, bodyweight and resistance training, this class is a whole lot of sweaty fun with a little bit of salt and pepper on top.
Hip Hop Step
Taking the humble step class to a whole new level. This unique blend of old school aerobics step and modern hip, hop dance moves is a high energy, full body workout. Improve balance, co-ordination and start your Friday off right.
Mens Only Class
Designed with men’s mental health in mind, we’ve created a space for blokes to come lift, flip, throw and carry stuff, that’s right, stuff, not just weights ;) It’s a way for you to let it out, through lifting, venting, both or whatever it is that helps you keep you at your best. The only downside… if you’re into cardio, this class may not be for you :P
Strong Pilates
A more intense, deep core workout that uses balls, bands, blocks and bodyweight. Strengthening the muscles that support your hips and spine, this class helps to reduce lower back pain, improve spinal flexion, strengthen the pelvic floor, encourage pelvic balance and improve posture.
Yoga
A blend of Vinyasa and Yin, this class is a gentle flow, mind, breath and body experience. Giving you the opportunity to tap out of life and tap in to yourself. The ultimate relaxation and mind to muscle connection, you'll be left feeling calm, content and mentally centered.
